Primary Care at TideShift
Relationship‑based primary care with direct access, and care designed around you.
Our Approach
Good primary care starts with knowing you — not just your chart.
At TideShift, primary care means having a provider who understands your full health picture: your history, your concerns, what you've tried, what matters to you, and where you want to go. Here you’ll experience a provider who takes the time to truly figure things out.
The DPC model makes that possible. Without the pressure of a packed schedule or insurance-driven visit limits, appointments here are unhurried — long enough to address what brought you in and what's been quietly on your mind. Between visits, you have direct access by message or phone, so questions and concerns don't pile up until your next appointment.
Whether you're managing a chronic condition, overdue for a physical, navigating a new symptom, or simply looking for a provider who knows your name — this is that kind of practice.
